Your sphere of activity

  • Du erarbeitest individuelle BIM-Strategien gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden, welche speziell auf deren Markt ausgerichtet ist

  • Dein Fokus liegt auf der Optimierung von BIM-Managementprozessen, während du unternehmensspezifische BIM-Standards auf Basis der Lösungen des BIM-Systems entwickelst

  • Du bist Hauptansprechperson für unsere Kunden und steuerst die gesamte BIM-Implementierung unter Einsatz des BIM-Systems bei den Unternehmen

  • Du leitest die Implementierungsprojekte, richtest beim Kunden das BIM-System ein und bist ebenso Ansprechpartner für die interne Produktentwicklung des BIM-Systems

  • Du arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Verbesserung interner BIM-Standards. Dein Beitrag umfasst auch die Entwicklung neuer Werkzeuge zur Optimierung der BIM-Methodik

Your qualification

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens. Immobilienwirtschaft oder eine abgeschlossene Berufs-/Technikerausbildung im Bereich der Baubranche

  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung als (fachliche) Führungskraft oder Projektleiter mit, idealerweise in der Bauindustrie, bei Bauunternehmen oder Planungsbüros

  • Du überzeugst durch weitreichende Erfahrungen und kennst die Herausforderungen beim Umgang mit diversen BIM-Autorensystemen (bspw. Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) sowie weitere Softwarelösungen für Kalkulation, Simulation, etc.

  • Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit strategischen Beratungsprojekten für die Digitalisierung im Bauwesen. Das umfasst die Angebotserstellung, Planung von Organisations- und Arbeitsprozessen sowie die koordinierte Umsetzung, inklusive Customer Success Management

  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung im Einrichten, Optimieren und Bewerten von Informationen zu Bauwerken über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg, einschließlich der Phasen Planung, Bau und Betrieb
