  • Du definierst technische Arbeitspakete und überwachst deren Umsetzung

  • Du überwachst und förderst die Code-Qualität, Performance und Wartbarkeit

  • Du bist technisch verantwortlich für Projekte und steuerst externe Dienstleister

  • Du entwickelst Prozesse und Methoden im Bereich der Software-Entwicklung weiter

Your qualification

  • You have previous experience in a scaling start-up or similar organization and can demonstrate > 3 years of leadership experience

  • You are passionate about software development and have experience in building and managing tech teams in an agile environment as well as managing software service providers

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

  • Ideally, you have experience in software architecture, Clojure/ClojureScript, and cloud environments and are familiar with the design and operation of SaaS platforms
