Your sphere of activity

  • Du bist für den Bereich des BIM-Daten Managements im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten sowie für die Projektleitung verantwortlich und bringst Dein Wissen aus realen BIM-Anwendungen ein

  • Du leitest unser Data Management und Team, unterstützt das C-Level bei der Skalierung und begleitest die BIMsystems beim Ausbau der Plattform

  • Du entwickelst das Team und sorgst für skalierbare Strukturen und Abläufe

  • Du arbeitest eng vernetzt mit dem Produktmanagement und der Softwareentwicklung
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team sicherst Du die Umsetzung der Product Roadmap und Kundenprojekte
  • Du steuerst Projekte hinsichtlich Personaleinsatz, Termine und Budget ebenso stellst Du ein transparentes Projektcontrolling und -management sowie Reporting der Ergebnisse sicher
  • You maintain close contact with our customers and development partners, understand their needs and derive concrete added value for the product world from them

Your qualification

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Bauinformatik, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a (technical) manager or project manager in product or project management
  • Du stichst durch weitreichendes branchenrelevantes Know-how im Bereich Data Management, BIM-Management oder vergleichbaren Bereichen heraus
  • Du hast wesentliche Erfahrungen im Tech Start-Up oder Bauindustrie vorzuweisen
  • You are a driver of innovations and want to help shape them

  • Du überzeugst durch weitreichende Erfahrungen und kennst die Herausforderungen beim Umgang mit diversen BIM-Autorensystemen (bspw. Revit, ArchiCAD), weitere Softwarelösungen und Anwendungsfälle

  • You have a track record of scaling teams

  • Du bringst unter anderem Kenntnisse in den Bereichen C# und C++ sowie im Kontext der Plugin-Entwicklung für BIM-Autorensysteme mit

  • Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working as well as a confident appearance in front of customers and partners
