Our application process at BIMsystems
1. Application
Just send us your complete application documents - gladly by mail or upload your documents here.
2. Phone interview
If we liked what we saw from you, of course we want more. A first meeting takes place over the phone. So we get a better impression of you - and you of course of us.
3. Personal interview | First round
In the third step, we finally get to know each other personally. And then you will also meet Gregor Müller, who will conduct the interview with you, as well as the rest of the team and our office.
4. Personal interview | Second round
Now it's time for the finishing touches. You haven't made it this far without reason. In the second interview, you can get to know Gregor and individual team members better and clarify any final questions. If there are no more open questions, you can start negotiating the contract.
5. Welcome to the team!
Congratulations on your hiring, you are now a part of BIMsystems. To ensure that you arrive at our company in the best possible way and quickly find your way around, you will have a mentor at your side. This person is your direct contact and will help you with your induction.
