    Soweit für Verarbeitungsvorgänge personenbezogener Daten eine Einwilligung der betroffenen Person eingeholt wird, dient Art. 6 Abs. 1 S.1 lit. a (DSGVO) als Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten.
